He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Cannizzaro and Ethel Brunet Cannizzaro; his brother John Robert Cannizzaro; his brother-in-law George Cortello; and his nephew Robert Cannizzaro.

He is survived by : his wife June Raymond Cannizzaro; his children, Leslie Martin (Bryan), Lynette Savoie (Rusty) and Joey Cannizzaro (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Noel, Angelle Martin, Holly, Russ, Justin, Lilly Savoie, Jake and Luke Cannizzaro; his sister Fay Cortello; and his sister-in-law Denise Cannizzaro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
