He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bowers and Joyce Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ducote Bowers; his sons, John S. Bowers, III (Laurel) and Jared Matthew Bowers (Erinda); his grandchildren, John IV and Joyce; and his sister Judy Bowers Ehle (John). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
