He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Cheyenne Blackburn of Covington, LA; his former wife Karen; his siblings, Ike Long of Independence, LA, Donnie Ray Lewis of Detroit, MI, Wayne Jones of New Orleans, LA, Margaret L. Blackburn of Abita Springs, LA and Betty Paxton of Little Rock, AK; his aunt Fairy Long Simms; his uncle Bruce Watson; his parents, Luberta Blackburn and Genie Blackburn; and his brother James Blackburn. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
