She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Alford, Sr.; her parents, Jules Cook and Janie Cook; and her sister Wilma "Billie" Cook Cleland. She is survived by: her children, Ray "Skipper" Alford, Jr., Shirley Marie Donald of Covington, LA, Priscilla Ann Lee of Hawkins, TX and Johnnie Quinn Alford of Covington, LA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
