He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne Jeffries and Miriam Ruth Troup Jeffries; his wife Ruth "Dixie" Jeffries; and his son James Arthur Jeffries. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Wayne Jeffries and Jennifer Ruth Jeffries Clarke (Byron); his grandsons, Bradford James Clarke and Connor West Clarke; his sister Jo Suzanne McCandless; his niece Jennifer Emerick; and his nephew Christopher McCandless. He is also survived by cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
