He is survived by: his wife Jan Willis (Olsen) of San Francisco, California.; his children, Laura Gauthier (Mark) of Tampa, Michael Willis of Charleston, Casey Willis (Toni) of Covington and Jami Worley (Mitch) of Baton Rouge; his grandchildren, Mark, Max, Mary Olive Gauthier, Hayden, Harrison Willis, Peyton Worley, True, Indie, Gray Willis and Madeline Worley; and his caregivers, Ruth, Kendall, Trish, Jessica, Bertha, Joy and Katherine.
He served on the boards of Christwood Retirement Community and St. Tammany Parish Hospital Foundation.
