He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lanier and Bessie Williams Lanier. He is survived by: his children, Dale Kevin Lanier and Kenneth Blaine Lanier; his grandchildren, Tiffany M. Prevost (Jeff) and Jonathan B. Lanier (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Blaine, Jillian, McKayla and Hailey; and his sister Elaine Lanier Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
