He is survived by: his wife Cade O'Brien; his children, Ana Kristine Neagle and James Elliott Neagle, Jr.; his mother Robyn Morgan; his stepfather Dale Morgan; his father Harold Neagle; his siblings, Crystal Neagle (Paul Green), Robert W. Neagle (Laura Berry) and Joel P. Neagle; his niece Savanna Lightcap; and his nephew Sean Green.
