He was predeceased by: his parents, James, Sr. Miller and Selma Eakberg Miller (Peterson); his wife Yvonne Marie Miller; his children, James and Leah Szczepanski; his granddaughter Shelley Leah Cancienne; and his sisters, Josephine Eakberg, Mildred Wright and Bernice Cruso.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Miller, Sr. (Debra) and Monica Silva (Ron); his grandchildren, Charles Miller, Jr. (Samantha), Timothy Miller (Jessica), Amy Miller Jeanfreau (Ray), Mark Cancienne, James Cancienne and Jason Cancienne; and his great grandchildren, Dillon Cancienne, Aubrey Miller, Victoria Miller, Charles Miller, III, Raelynn Wedge, Peyton Stowe, Pyper Stowe and R. J. Jeanfreau.
