It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Soroe McCloskey (Covington, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Michael "Shorty" McCloskey; her daughter Kathleen Natal (Patrick); her parents, Ethel Mary Halphen Soroe and Louis Soroe; and her brothers, Theodore Soroe (Helen) and Louis Soroe (Dori).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Landry, Michael McCloskey and Shawn McCloskey; her grandchildren, Monique Lassiter, Julian Landry (Katie), Patrick Natal (Courtney), Jade Forte (Scott), Matthew Natal, Dane Landry, Liam Mccloskey, Jack Mccloskey and Devyn Mccloskey; and her great grandchildren, Jacquelyn Lassiter, Oliver Lassiter, Ashlyn Lassiter, Cali Natal, Josephine Landry, Evie Landry, Vail Forte, Tristan Forte and Finn Forte. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
