We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, at the age of 93, Helen Tranchant Duckworth (Covington, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leo Tranchant, Sr. and Laura Hough Tranchant; her husband Frank Duckworth, Sr.; and her siblings, William "Billy" Tranchant, Richard Tranchant (Beverly), Mildred Tranchant Swift (William), Marian Tranchant Huber (Randall), George Tranchant and Charles "Butch" Tranchant.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Duckworth Hauschild, Linda Duckworth Yokum (Robert Yokum), Retired Major Frank Duckworth, Jr., U. S. Marine Corps (Karen Clement Duckworth) and Mark Duckworth (Hollie Englert Duckworth); her grandchildren, Brielle Rubenstein, Brooke Quintana (Steve), Ryan Duckworth (Sheena), Jeremy Duckworth (Kalee), Jeffrey Duckworth, Blake Duckworth and Demi Hauschild; and her siblings, Robert Tranchant, Jr. (late Gloria) and Barbara Tranchant Gaudin (Errol). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
