He is survived by: his son Sean (Joy); his grandchildren, Madyson and Brooklyn of Franklinton; his brother Gary Ross of Baton Rouge; his daughter Maureen Ross McKenzie (John); his grandchildren, Dustin, Cody, Amber, Nicholas and Noah of Kenner; his stepson-in-law Vincent Sauro; his grandchild Hayli Hernandez of Lafayette; and also Shelli Sauro Ivy.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial donations to New Life Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 1617, Folsom, LA 70437 in Pastor Grant's name.

He was so caring and loving and when my husband died in 2007 he was always very compassionate and kind in his messages to me on FaceBook helping uplift me in my time of grief. I will truly miss him.
