We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020, at the age of 86, Gerald Emile Reed Jr. (Covington, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Mae Mendel Reed; and his parents, Ethel Mae Buchanan Reed and Gerald Emile Reed, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Emile Reed, III (Nancy Wright Reed), Michael Lawrence Reed (Paula Orazio Reed), Christopher Peyton Reed (Patricia Pradat Reed), Lauren Reed Spencer (Curtis Benjamin Spencer) and Stacey Reed Rome (Brent Donovan Rome). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Reed to be made to Northshore Community Foundation http://www.northshorefoundation.org .
