He is survived by: his children, Todd Cummings (Nancy) of St. Petersburg, FL and Elizabeth Cummings Hyde (Benjamin) of Ocean Springs, MS.; his wife Rebekah Provost of Covington; his grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Megan, Ashley Cummings and Wyatt Brooks; and also Kelli Provost (Lucien) of Lafayette. He is also survived by father and grandfather.
