She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Christen and Elizabeth Miller Christen; her sons, Gerald (Kristin), Geoffrey and Grady (Leigh); her grandchildren, Zoe, Gerald, Theodore, Zachary, Quentin, Zia, Zeke, Grey, Elizabeth, Case and Emerson; and her husband Bruce Christensen.
She is survived by: her brother Sonny Christen; and her nephew George Christen. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 4841 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119.
