He is survived by: his children, Frankie Gene Smith, Jennifer Rose Frazier, Lisa Marie Talley and David Scott Talley; his daughter-in-law Brandi Talley; his sister Jeannine Puhlman; his brother-in-law Keith Puhlman; his siblings, Erbin Talley and Frances Kent; and his brother-in-law Brenton Kent. He is also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bagnell & Son Funeral Home (75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70435). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Talley Cemetery.
