He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Glass and Mary Motichek; and his brothers, Donald W. Glass and Melvin Glass. He is survived by: his children, Jason Glass (Wendy), Sharon Glass Simon (Derrick) and Patrick Glass; his siblings, Dennis C. Glass, Perry L. Glass and Vicky Glass Amacker; and his grandsons, Wade Glass, Brock Simmons and Matthew Farrell.
