He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hoffman and Elizabeth Jenovai Beck; his parents-in-law, Dr. Nick and Eunice Accardo of New Orleans; and also Florian Jenovai of Kitchener.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Accardo Hoffman; his daughter Gretchen Hoffman; and his sister Karen Hoffman. He is also survived by many extended family members, and friends.
