He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lee Goforth and Dora Elizabeth Goforth (Hagar). He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Christopher, Isabella and Nathan; and his sisters, Florene Coffey, Barbara Gilley and Linda Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
