He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rowe of Covington; his children, David Aaron Rowe (Tiffany Lynn Rowe) of Leonardtown, MD and Lauren Baker Peterson (Stuart Peterson); his stepsons, John David Matthews (Mercedes Matthews), Joseph Matthews (Loryn Matthews) and Ryan Matthews; and his grandchildren, Addison May Rowe, Hudson Thomas Rowe, Zora Hunter Peterson, Rowe Declan Peterson, Caroline Matthews and Samuel Matthews.
