He is survived by: his wife Janice Hattox Cox; his children, Daniel Perkins, Courtney Shaw (Jared) and William Perkins (Christina); his stepchildren, Allison Parker (Lee) and Emily Geigerman (Dudley); his grandchildren, Avery Shaw, Harper Shaw, Beau Shaw, Eloise Perkins, Nathan Allen and Cole Geigerman; his sisters, Maureen Trott (Quillie) and Lynn Mathis; his nieces, Claire Trott, Mia Puleio (Jeff) and Abby Letts (Cory); his nephew Quillie Trott, Jr. (Krysten); and his former wife Michelle Perkins. He is also survived by many extended family members and faithful friends.
