He was predeceased by: his father Warren Douglas Hendry III. He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Bothell Hendry; his siblings, Warren Douglas "Doug" Hendry IV (Susan), Stephen "Steve" Paul Hendry (Su) and Tammie Jo Hendry Smith (Jack); his nieces and nephews, Tim Hendry, Stephanie Hendry McDaniel (Sean), Carolyn Law (Kelly), Jenna Cunningham (Derek), Gregory Chick and Jessica Chick; and his godchildren, John Nordstrom and Emily Patasini.
