It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rice (Covington, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on April 24, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J Rice Jr and Marjorie K Rice; and his sister Patricia Ann Rice. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth H. Rice; his children, Rachel R Roberts and James D Rice; his grandchildren, Brandon A Roberts, Jenna A Roberts, Emma G Rice, Leah A Roberts and Allison C Rice; and his brothers, John Rice, Steven Rice and Michael Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
