He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blackburn Bollinger; his children, Charles Leonard Bollinger, Jr. (Sheila), Gwendolyn Bollinger Thompson (Bolivar), Carolyn Bollinger Rogers, Charlotte Bollinger Van Horn and William Douglas Bollinger; and his stepchildren, Carla Renee Brown and Clarence Hughes Sprouse, III. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
