He is survived by: his wife Stenni Allo Frazier; his children, Joseph Allen Frazier (Lisa), Craig Anthony Frazier (Norma), Stacey Marie Munna and Chérie Theresa Munna (Barry); his siblings, Ronnie Frazier, Donna Hoffman and Connie Grumish; his grandchildren, Joseph Frazier, Jr., Christy Craig, Charles Frazier, Daryl Arabie, Jr., Colton Arabie, Camyrn Arabie and Brennan Boyer; and his great grandchild Declan Frazier.
