It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Arsenio Ostarly (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Sr. and Thomas Ostarly Sr.; his siblings, Heather Castille (Chris), Sarah Ostarly, Thomas Ostarly II (Kayla) and Amber Ostarly; his nieces and nephews, James, Waylon, Breelyn, Annabelle, Thomas III and Aurora; and his son Alexandre Charles Ostarly. He is also survived by aunts and uncles.
