He was predeceased by: his father Judson Singley Locke, Jr.; and his brother Judson Singley Locke, III. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook Locke; his children, Tyler Carter (Hannah Carter) and AnaMarie Locke; his grandsons, Mason Carter and Monroe Carter; his brothers, David Locke (Lisa Locke), Michael Locke (Donna Locke) and Larry Locke; and also Sandra Louise Locke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Centenary Methodist Church (1015 Cleveland St, Franklinton, LA 70438). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
