She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard J. Schwartz; her parents, Vernon Grundmann and Edna Grundmann; and her daughter Kristen Andrews. She is survived by: her children, Eric Schwartz, Craig Schwartz (Holly) and Kyle Schwartz (Dana); her grandchildren, Joshua (Katherine), Justin (Luke), Jack, Evan, Hailey (Jamie) and Hannah; her sister Fay Smith (Stan); and her nieces and nephews, Jeffery, Courtney, David and Daniel. She is also survived by friends and family.
