She was predeceased by: her spouse Polete Richard Rodriguez; her parents, Marie Louise Jarrell Blow and John A. Blow; and her brother Stanley Blow (Kathleen). She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence Blow (Elaine), Joyce McKee (Buck), Peggy Williams (Cecil), Betty Strain (Bill), Catherine Richardson (Pete), David Blow (Brenda) and Roy Blow (Patricia); and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Ingram (Bill) and George Rodriguez (Linda). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Rodriguez to be made to the Covington Food Bank.
