He was predeceased by: his father Rolland Ice; and his father-in-law Larry Vis. He is survived by: his wife Angela Joy Vis; his children, Dr. Calvin (Lauren Ice), Mitchell Brent (Hannah Ice), Dr. Alissa Ice and Elliott (Madalyn Ice); his grandchildren, Eliana, Peter Brent, Lydia and Elsie; his mother Clarice Ice; his mother-in-law Elsie Wayman Vis; and his sisters, Vicki Modert (Tim) and Dr. Melonie Ice (Mike Lynch). He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana Covington Unit.
