She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Louis Provenzano, Sr. and Edna Monge Provenzano; and her brother Roy Provenzano, Jr. (Cindy). She is survived by: her husband Gary C. Carter; her daughters, Brittany V. Carter, Christina N. Carter and Amberleigh R. Carter; her stepson James C. Carter; and her sister Renee Butler (Kevin).
