It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ben Wilson Boutwell (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Roberta Ann "Cookie" Boutwell. He is survived by: his children, Tammy McIntyre (Dale) and Christine Hickman; his siblings, Michael Boutwell and Clara Boutwell Davis; his grandchildren, Lauren McIntyre, Brad McIntyre, Emily McIntyre, Shelby Hickman, Jr., Katie Hickman and Jessie Hickman; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Anne and Carson Reid. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Boutwell to be made to New Zion Baptist Church Building Fund.
