She is survived by: her children, George (Sandra Holmes), Deborah Hoover (Ed), Thomas Welch, Jr. and Pamela Cantwell (Troy Welch, Sr.); and her caregiver Aide. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
