He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman James and Rachel Galloway (Taylor); and his siblings, Gloria Galloway Jenkins, Herman James Galloway, Jr. and Michael David Galloway.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Galloway (Smith); his children, Melissa Galloway Stein (David), Holly Catherine Galloway and Andrew Emmett Galloway, III (Abigail Chaffin, MD); his grandchildren, Whitman Andrew Bedwell, Taylor Lindsey Stein, Annelise Evelyn Galloway, Evan Emmett Galloway, Ewan Andrew Galloway, Andrew Emmett Galloway, IV and Aila Elizabeth Galloway; and his sister Margie Galloway Savoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
