He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Hall and Essie Vashti Bamburg Hall; and his daughter Donna Cox. He is survived by: his children, Richard Hall (Roxann), Randy Hall, Steven Hall, Deborah Hall, Leta Brown (David) and Dorenda Rutherford; and his sisters, Betty Carney and Faye Williamson. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; and other numerous nieces and nephews.
