She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeddie Jowers and C. O. Jowers; her son-in-law Philip Guidry; and her husband Milton Forrest. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Guidry of Coushatta and Rhoda Bethard; her son-in-law Robert Bethard of Coushatta; her grandchildren, Caleb Guidry and Kassie Williams; her great grandchildren, Slayte Guidry of Milton Guidry, P. J, Kiptin Williams and Robby Williams; and her grandchildren, Silas Guidry, Josh Williams, Kara Bethard, Kallie Bethard and Kambrie Bethard. She is also survived by niece that has cared for her lovingly, Karen Forrest Holladay of Bossier City, Louisiana along with two sister- in-laws, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Holley Springs Cemetery, 1019 Hwy 786, Coushatta, Louisiana, 71019, First United Methodist Church of Coushatta, 2018 Front Street, Coushatta, Louisiana, 71019, or the recipient of donor's choice.
