He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Dortlon and Gene Palmer; and his brothers, Stanley Ray Dortlon and Bruce Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Palmer; his daughters, Tanya Palmer and Tina Wyatt (Daniel); his sisters, Beverly Palmer, Martha Palmer, Cynthia Ann Dortlon and Charlotte Williams; his grandchildren, Cody Johnson (Emily), Logan Johnson (Audrey), Trinity Palmer, Cole Palmer and Zoey Palmer; and his pet Sam.
