He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Keith and May Bell Pate Keith; and his siblings, Johnnie Ray Keith, Franklin Curley Keith, Allen Dale "Marcel" Keith and Mary Elizabeth Keith.
He is survived by: his brothers, Toney Edward "Lonnie" Keith (Beverly) and Randy Scott Keith; his nephews, Allen Dale Keith II (Christina) and Zachary Aaron Keith; and his great-niece Macie Lynn Keith. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Thomas-Wren Cemetery (1415 LA-787, Coushatta, LA 71019).
