He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Collins; his parents, Albert Procell and Edna Procell; and his brothers, Joe Procell and Boogie Procell.
He is survived by: his children, Punkin Procell (Monique) of Oceanside, CA, Kenny Kellogg (Brandy) of Coushatta, LA, Cristy Chatman (Michael) of Bossier City, LA and Tammy Kellogg of Coushatta, LA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Taylor, Katie Krenk, Patience Procell, Jalen Gaskins, Jay Smith, Mariah Smith, Hannah Kellogg, Brooke Henderson, Dakota Kellogg, Zachary Kellogg, Alexis Procell, Michael Chatman, Jr. and Quintin Chatman; his great grandchildren, Sophia Krenk, Mikey Sullivan, Kylie Hester, Sawyer White, Jonsie Henderson and Rylan Beavers; his siblings, Wilmer Procell of Haughton, LA, Charles Procell of Coushatta, LA, Roy Procell of Baton Rouge, LA, Mary Ann Procell of Coushatta, LA and Barbara Jean Kelly of Haughton, LA; and his pet Blackie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
