It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ricky Swayze of Coushatta, Louisiana, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ricky Swayze to show support.

He is survived by: his friend Enyart Mitchell; his significant other Susie Swayze; his son Scotty Swayze (Sherry Swayze) of Coushatta, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Brent Swayze, Tristan Swayze, Jamie Swayze, Cameron Swayze and Clark Swayze; his great grandchildren, Brinley Swayze, Parker Brooks and Bentley Swayze; and his nephew Dennis Dancer (Ashley Dancer) of Iowa, Louisiana. He is also survived by six siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
