She was predeceased by: her husband L. J. Wood; her children, Willie Lee Wood and Clara Suggs (Mike); her grandson Robert "Bobby" Hutson, Jr.; and her great grandchild Zachary Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Trudy Hutson (Bob); and her grandchildren, Barbara Heard, Jeffrey Suggs (Christy), Sondra Arnold (Morris), Duke Williams, Brenda Breshers, Elizabeth (Michael Sparks), Matthew Hutson (Milissa) and Christi Hutson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
