He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Morse and Phyllis Morse; and his siblings, Henry, Vernon, Loyed Morse, Geraldine Fredieu and Mary Bamburg.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Morse; his children, James Morse, II (Kim Procell-Morse) and Sherry Pickett (Richard); his siblings, Kenneth Morse, Sharon Fredieu (Nelson), Sarah Wood (Clinton) and Phyllis Ash (Richard Phillips); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Jonathan, Chloe, MaKayla, Cauldan, Laynie, Jamason and Rexton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
