He is survived by: his wife LaWanna Stephenson Fowler; his sons, Jesse Warren Fowler and John Edwin Fowler; his grandchildren, Ethan Wyatt Fowler, Rebekah Leigh Fowler and Brendan Hendryx; and his great grandchildren, Jaylin Tyler Cox and Caisyn Kyle Cox.
