He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Waters and Bonnie Waters. He is survived by: his wife Pam Waters; his children, Richard Waters (Melissa), Kerri Bedgood (Michael) and Jason Waters (Lindsay); his siblings, Reed Waters (Dewana), Clydel Patterson (Pat) and Patricia Bruce (Reggie); and his grandchildren, Cole Bedgood, Kaylee Waters, Dylan Waters, Cade Bedgood, Jett Waters and Hardee Waters.
