It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys A Martinez Loftin of Coushatta, Louisiana, born in Zwolle, Louisiana, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Martinez and Clara Martinez; her husband Isaac Roy Loftin; her son Bonne Roy Loftin; her granddaughter Lori Dupree; her son-in-law Terry Dupree; her grandson David Wayne Loftin, Jr.; and her siblings, Ruth Williams, Mildred Bush, Margie Barnhill, Muriel Walker, Laverne Kenningtion, Granvil Martinez, Earl C. Martinez and Bernard Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Loftin (Cindy) and Jeannie Dupree; her daughter-in-law Donna Loftin; and her grandson Chad Dupree. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
