He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cason and Thelma Cason; his siblings, Leonard Cason, Raymond Cason, Larris Cason, Delmo Cason, Zola Mae Miller and Minola Buford; and his grandson Benjamin Paul Breazeale.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Lindsey Cason; his children, Julie Cason McDonald (Kenneth), Sheila Cason Breazeale (Keith) of Alexandria, LA and Randy Cason (Susan) of Pittsburg, KS; his sister Doris Rowe (Larry) of Shreveport, LA; his grandchildren, Kylie Shaw (Stuart), Hollie McCullough, Raylie Hardy (Chris), Julie Darr (Ryan), Anne Marie Schmidt (Kyle), Adam McDonald (Ashlee), Dan Breazeale (Emily), Lindsey Doyle (Alan), Josh Breazeale, Grant Cason (Kaitlyn), Stuart Shaw, Chris Hardy, Ryan Darr, Kyle Schmidt, Alan Doyle and Tim Holman; and also Jeannette Whitaker. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Fairview Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
