It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edgar Milner of Coushatta, Louisiana, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Milner and Gladys Smith Milner Green; his stepfather R. L. "Shorty" Green; his grandson Jason Milner; and his siblings, Bobbie Lou Edwards and Roy Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hinckley Milner; his children, Robert Milner (Sue) of West Monroe, LA, Charlie Joe Milner of Coushatta, LA, David Woodell (Barbie Thomas) of Blanchard, LA and Donna Arender (Mike) of Minden, LA; his sister LaNelle Claussen (Billy) of Hooks, TX.; and his grandchildren, Marie Woodard, Joey Milner, Michael Arender, McKensie Arender, Brandi Woodell, Daniel Woodell and Trey Milner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
