He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Weaver and Glennie Mae Burney Weaver; his sister Glenda Sue Weaver; and his grandparents, Hayward Hughes Burney, Susie Belle Hooper, Sam and Ethel Conley Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Weaver; his children, Burney Mike "Buddy" Weaver (Kerri), Jamie Weaver Shedden (Larry "Duck"), Melissa Bromgard and Rebecca Weaver (Jason); his brother Walter Weaver (Jo); his grandchildren, Payton, Madden, Sam, Bernadette, Johnathan, Amber, Robert Micheal, James, Violet, Abigayle, Josiah, Amy and Caden; and his great grandchild Tru. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
