He is survived by: his children, Ocie Baker, Brenda Baker (Ronnie Key), Sandra Baker (Galen) and Angela Rhymes (Wesley); his brother Charles Baker (Natalie); and also Tina Tarrance. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
