She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Firmin and Ada Firmin; and her sister Joyce McKay. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hymel; her siblings, Mitchel Firmin and Carol Lowery; her nephew Daniel Lowery; her niece Kristen Jerado; and her friends, Travis and DeShea Gauthier.
A rosary was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 at 12:45 PM at the St. Mary Assumption Catholic Church (820 Front St, Cottonport, LA 71327). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
